Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years old, meeting the diagnosis of acute stroke; 2. Received thrombolytic treatment during hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute inflammatory lesions: hepatitis, HIV, etc.; 2. Presence of autoimmune diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus; 3. Tumor; 4. Recent use of glucocorticoids; 5. Thrombolysis failed.
