Interventions

PetCO2 normal level group:Protective ventilation strategy to maintain PetCO2 30-40 mmHg
PetCO2 medium level group:Protective ventilation strategy to maintain PetCO2 40-50 mmHg
PetCO2 high level group:Protective ventilation strategy to maintain PetCO2 50-60 mmHg

0.5 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants who going to undertake selected surgery, aged 1~12 years old ASA classification between I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of cerebral hypoxia; (2) congenital heart disease; (3) respiratory diseases such as pneumonia; (4) preoperative severe anemia; (5) preoperative use of antibiotics or nsaids.
