Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who come to the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University since June 2020; 2. The patients with knee osteoarthritis, lumbar disc herniation, and fractures of lumbar spine, hip and tibial plateau need surgical treatment; 3. The elderly (aged >=40 years old) patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological fracture; 2. Patients with other systemic diseases other than diabetes and osteoporosis affecting bone health; 3. Patients with severe complications can not tolerate surgery.
