Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the Department of nephrology in our hospital due to chronic renal insufficiency; 2. Patients with chronic fundus retinopathy need to be examined by fundus fluorescein angiography; 3. Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sensitivity to contrast medium; 2. Patients with severe renal insufficiency whose blood creatinine was more than 400 µ MOI / L at admission; 3. Patients who need routine hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
