Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients who meet the criteria of sepsis diagnosis or meet the requirements of sepsis shock. Sepsis 3.0 standard: the presence of infection, combined with the increase of SOFA score by 2 points or more. The shock criteria of sepsis were: hypotension (mean arterial pressure 2mmol / L which could not be corrected by active fluid replacement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous cardiac dysfunction, factors that interfere with troponin I and echocardiography, and factors that seriously interfere with mortality. 2. The specific criteria are as follows: arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, frequent ventricular premature, ventricular fibrillation, etc.), pregnancy, congenital heart disease, moderate and severe valve disease and valve replacement, as well as those patients with poor ultrasonic image quality, myocardial infarction, myocarditis, blood system diseases, long-term hormone therapy, and malignant tumors.
