Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients who were diagnosed as heart failure according to the basic history of heart disease, the symptoms and signs of systemic circulation congestion and pulmonary circulation congestion, and the relevant examination, and in accordance with the "Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Heart Failure 2018" ; (2) According to The New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification of cardiac function, patients with Grade III TO IV cardiac function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of metabolic diseases such as diabetes or hypothyroidism; (2) Infection; (3) Hormone therapy; (4) Other organ failure other than heart failure (liver failure, renal failure, respiratory failure, etc.); (5) Malignancy; (6) Nutritional edema; (7) Use of ECG monitor, ventilator, pacemaker (Because they affect BIA measurement).
