Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cyanotic congenital heart disease, less than 14 years old, was treated by thoracotomy. The guardian agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative transfusion, preoperative presence of infectious disease, active autoimmune disease, death within 24 hours after surgery.
