Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged > 18 years; (2) Those who are hospitalized in the inpatient department for more than one day; (3) The patients who intend to puncture with peripheral vein indwelling needle and succeed in one-time puncture;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) During th test period, patients with peripheral indwelling needle were removed due to non plugging; (2) Pregnant women, children and patients with abnormal coagulation; (3) The missing value of the risk factors assessment table for the risk of blockage of peripheral vein indwelling needle was more than 20%.
