Case series:remifentanil pumping

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I ~ III; 2. preoperative ecg indicated no diseased sinus syndrome, no severe conduction block, no pre-shock syndrome, sinus bradycardia, sinus tachycardia and other abnormal cardiac pacing and conduction diseases; 3. elective surgery is proposed under general anesthesia without epidural anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) subarachnoid or epidural anesthesia and various regional blocks were proposed; 2) non-elective surgery patients; 3) patients with severe electrolyte disorders, such as hyperkalaemia and hypokalaemia; 4) patients with previous myocardial infarction, especially inferior wall myocardial infarction; 5) pregnancy or breastfeeding; 6) BMI > 35 kg/m squared.
