Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20-40 years; 2. a history of caesarean operation; 3. abnormal vaginal bleeding as the main symptom (menstrual period prolonged for more than 10 days), and these symptoms cannot be explained by other diseases; 4. thickness of the lower uterine segment<=3mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. thickness of the lower uterine segment<3mm; 2. cotraindications to contraceptives; 3. There are other conditions that may cause abnormal vaginal bleeding, such as hormone administration, pregnancy, endometrial polyp, submucous myoma, etc.; 4. Gynecological Endocrine disorders related diseases.
