Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients who have been clearly diagnosed with epilepsy according to the latest guidelines of the international federation against epilepsy (ILAE); (2) currently taking lamotrigine, levetiracetam and at least one of the antiepileptic drugs in oxacepine for treatment for more than 3 months (after 5-7 half-lives, the steady blood concentration has been reached); (3) Can produce saliva, has hair and hair length more than 2cm. All patients signed an informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Do not want to participate in the experiment or do not cooperate with epilepsy patients; (2) patients with obvious severe liver and kidney function injury or severe gastrointestinal disease affecting the absorption and metabolism of antiepileptic drugs; Have cerebral apoplexy, tuberculosis, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, endocrine disorders, AIDS or tumor diseases; (4) antiepileptic drug serious adverse reactions need to stop drug; (5) take other drugs that affect the metabolism of antiepileptic drugs at the same time.
