18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years with newly diagnosed Ph+ and/or BCR-ABL1+ ALL were eligible. 2. Have no renal or hepatic dysfunction (serum creatinine level ? 3 upper limit of normal (ULN), bilirubin level ? 2 ULN, AST level ? 2.5 ULN, or ALT level ? 2.5 ULN). 3. ECOG performance status of 2 or less. 4. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject is pregnant. 2. Uncontrolled activity infection; 3. Suffered mental illness; 4.Uuncontrolled other desease; 5. Any other co-morbidity that, in the opinion of the investigator, predisposes the subject to high risk of noncompliance with the protocol.
