Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) symptoms or signs of cervical and thoracic myelopathy; (2) concurrent cervical and thoracic canal stenosis and spinal cord compression confirmed with computerized tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); (3) intact medical documents, radiological images, and follow-up records; and (4) intensive follow-up for at least 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who cannot cooperate with the researchers.
