Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients undergoing colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with adenosis of colon; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), colorectal cancer after surgery, and colorectal hemorrhage, black stool disease, and inadequate bowel preparation (Boston bowel preparation scale score of at least one bowel segment < 2 points); 4. Patients who can not reach the ileocecal part and have no pathological report of polyp; 5. Patients who cannot sign informed consent.
