Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those patients with PA sling confirmed by echocardiography and chest CT plain scan; 2. Patients with tracheal stenosis; 3. Patients with more than moderate respiratory symptoms; 4. Patients without other malformations; 5. Patients who received left pulmonary artery transplantation alone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malformations, such as intracardiac malformation and chromosomal malformation; 2. Patients undergoing tracheoplasty; 3. Patients who died during the perioperative or follow-up period.
