Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing total laryngectomy,partial laryngectomy, total laryngectomt plus neck dissection, total laryngectomt + neck dissection + pectoralis major myocutaneous flap. The patients have three risk factors (higher ASA classification, advanced cancer stage,lower education level). The patients are capable of communication and fufilling the testform.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not capable of communication and fufilling the test form, change of surgical procedure. patients who drop off during the follow up.
