Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 0-18 years; 2. Central nervous system diseases; 3. Lumbar puncture is required for diagnosis or treatment; 4. Parents are willing to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients are not suitable for lumbar puncture.
