Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patiensts aged between 18 and 85 who were diagnosed as pancreatic space-occuping lesions by iconography and underwent quantitative elastography analysis by endoscopic ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with surgical contraindications or contraincations including dysfynction of vital organs such as heart, lung and kidney,coagulation dysfunction,pregnancy or lactation, acute pancreatitis in attack, and revious allergy to fluorescent agents; 2. cystic leisions of the panreas or cystic components in the solid tumor of the pancreas.
