Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 210 cases of hysteroscopy under general anesthesia and tracheal intubation in our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to the experimental drugs; 2. Patients with BMI > 30kg / m2; 3. Patients with sexual hypertension; 4. Patients with serious arrhythmia; 5. Patients with chronic bronchitis, asthma or other respiratory diseases; 6. Patients with increased intraocular pressure, intrathoracic pressure and intracranial pressure.
