Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes formulated by WHO in 1999; 2. Those patients who had no history of high intraocular pressure, intraocular pressure range 11-21mmhg (1mmhg = 0.133kpa), binocular intraocular pressure difference < 5mmhg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy; 2. Those patients with retinopathy caused by type 1 or other type of diabetes, malignant tumor, Alzheimer's disease and other neurological diseases, systemic diseases and hypertension; 3. Patients with ophthalmic diseases (glaucoma, cataracts, severe refractive interstitial turbidity, etc.) and ophthalmic related surgical history and invasive treatment history.
