Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with age > 18 and < 80 were both male and female; 2. Patients with aortic dissection confirmed by CTA; 3. Patients with renal artery rupture confirmed by CTA or B-ultrasound; 4. Patients with surgical indications; 5. Patients who voluntarily participate in the clinical experiment, accept experimental interventions and are willing to follow up regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with paclitaxel allergy; 2. Patients with surgical contraindications; 3. Patients with malignant tumors or other serious diseases whose life expectancy is less than 6 months; 4. Patients with symptomatic myocardial infarction or unstable angina occurred in the past 3 months, and had more than or equal to 3 attacks in the past 1 month; or patients with severe heart failure that is difficult to control by drugs; 5. Patients with severe respiratory insufficiency (PO2 50mmhg, 6.5kpa); 6. Patients with severe renal insufficiency and creatinine >= 200 umol / L; 7. Patients with severe liver diseases (such as acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis), or alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) up to 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal.
