Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who underwent 14C-urea breath test; 2. Complete family (parents, spouse); 3. Patients and their family members are generally in good condition and can tolerate gastroscopy; 4. The patient and his / her family members know and sign the consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. members received HP eradication treatment or proton pump inhibitor before 4 weeks; 2. Serious complications of digestive tract; 3. Family members are unwilling or unable to tolerate gastroscopy due to physical reasons.
