Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Include all ages and sex without limitations; (2) diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis; (3) diagnosis of epilepsy with seizures at least once a week, or the diagnosis of refractory epilepsy(Two or more antiepileptic drugs adequate treatment); (4) Those person who have read the medication instructions, consented and signed a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unwilling to participate in the study; (2) Complicated with other severe congenital malformations; (3) Complicated with heart, liver, kidney and lung dysfunction.
