Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children hospitalized in our hospital from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022; 2. Aged 0-18 years; 3. Diagnosed acute renal injury (AKI) stage 1-2 according to 2012 KDIGO standard:

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome; 2. Patients with chronic kidney failure who required long-term renal replacement therapy; 3. Intra-abdominal hypertension or abdominal compartment syndrome; 4. Urinary tract obstruction; 5. Insufficient blood volume; 6. Active bleeding; 7. Allergic to diuretics.
