Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-80 year old, healthy, without any skin disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were use of corticosteroids and immunomodulators a month before the inclusion and during the trial, nonadherence to trial protocol, pregnancy, lactation and excessive and deliberate exposure to the suns ultraviolet radiation.
