Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T2DM patients according to who (1999) diabetes diagnosis; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Patients who had no change in oral antidiabetic drugs or insulin half a month before the intervention; 4. Patients with clear awareness, normal communication and willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular consumption of nuts >= 4D / W; 2. Those who are allergic to food (especially nuts) or in other diet treatment; 3. Subjects with less teeth and difficult to chew; 4. Patients with serious dyspepsia, heart failure, renal failure, malignant tumor, serious cerebrovascular disease, ketosis, hyperthyroidism, digestive dysfunction, liver dysfunction or serious gallbladder and pancreatic diseases; 5. Subjects with fasting blood glucose >= 16.7; 6. Objects suffering from mental illness; 7. Patients who use antidepressants, anxiety, neuroleptics or psychoactive drugs; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Patients taking glucocorticoids; 10. Subjects who take drugs, supplements (such as antibiotics, probiotics) and yoghurt that affect the composition of intestinal flora in the past three weeks.
