Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic kidney disease; 2. Patients older than or equal to 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In order to reflect the real-world premature mortality rate and entry ESRD rate of CKD patients (dialysis required), only patients who do not agree to sign an informed consent form are excluded.
