Group A:Carbohydrate is administered at 5ml/Kg

Group B:Carbohydrate is administered at 7ml/Kg

3 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children, aged 3-12 years old, ASA grade I-II, BMI 15-19, undergoing adenoidectomy or adenoidectomy+tonsillectomy under nasal endoscope under selective general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper respiratory tract infection; 2. Difficult airway is expected; 3. Preoperative crying or other reasons can not cooperate; 4. Operation time > 90min; 5. Delayed operation results in no anesthesia induction more than 3 hours after drinking. 6. Organic diseases of digestive tract (hiatal hernia, tracheoesophageal fistula, gastritis, etc.) and other serious circulatory and respiratory systems diseases.
