65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 65 years old; 2. Patients who need hip fracture operation due to trauma; 3. ASA class I-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing revision surgery; 2. Patients with non traumatic fracture, such as pathological fracture, etc; 3. Extreme surgical delay (> 10 days); 4. Patients with hip fracture during hospitalization; 5. Compound injury patients: injury severity score >= 16 points; 6. Patients with hip fracture more than 72 hours after admission; 7. Patients with incomplete information; 8. Follow up patients and their families with missing data.
