Age
65 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: meet the following conditions can be considered for inclusion: (1) over 65 years old; (2) Knee or hip replacement; (3) Receive general anesthesia; (4) hearing and vision are good enough to complete the scales; (5) Can communicate with medical staff in Mandarin or Cantonese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude from the group if: (1) Severe cardiopulmonary disease; (2) Above ASA3; (3) Serious complications were transferred to ICU; (4) Depression (PHQ9:> 5 points); (5) Dementia (MMSE: illiteracy 7 points); (7) Cognitive Impairment (CAM> 19 points); (8) Joint revision; (9) Bilateral joint replacement; (10) Patients with IBD and other intestinal disorders; (11) took antibiotics within 3 months; (12) Alcohol, alcohol-related disease.
