Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects must meet all the following criteria to be enrolled: type 2 diabetes patients who are 18 years old or older and 65 years old or older, WHO (1999) diabetes diagnosis criteria, BMI >= 28KG / m2, HbA1c 7.5% ~ 9%, signing informed consent and complying with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects were excluded from the study if any of the following exclusion criteria were met: 1. Patients who used DPP4 inhibitors in the past three months; 2. Patients who had acute metabolic complications in the six months before screening, including lactic acidosis, non ketotic hyperosmotic coma, diabetic ketoacidosis; 3. Patients with serious acute and chronic complications of diabetes (such as myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, congestive heart failure, as seen by diabetes) Blindness, renal failure and severe foot ulcer caused by omentum disease); 4. Those with endocrine diseases other than type 2 diabetes who are being treated and not under control; 5. Severe hypoglycemia with repeated attacks judged by the researchers; 6. Severe liver function damage (ALT >= 3uln); 7. Severe renal insufficiency; heart failure (NYHA III ~ IV); 8. Severe hyperglycemia Patients with mental disorders, pregnant and lactating women, high-risk factors of medullary thyroid cancer, tumor history within 5 years, and allergic to lilalutide and its adjuvants.
