Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older (including 18 years old), 75 years old or younger (excluding 75 years old), male or female; 2. Patients with blood loss, trauma, burns or septic shock admitted to EICU during the study period; 3. SOFA score (see Appendix 1. for details) cardiovascular system score >= 2; 4. Blood lactic acid > 2.0mmol / L;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with possible brain injury (or hospitalization due to brain trauma); 2. Patients with known creatinine clearance < 40ml / min or expected to need CRRT; 3. Patients with the following serious underlying diseases: NYHA heart failure grade 2 or higher; active myocardial ischemia or percutaneous coronary intervention in the past 60 days; clear history of liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh score B or higher, (See Attachment 2. for details); severe COPD requires home oxygen therapy; long-term use of hormones or clear AIDS; 4. Patients with known hypermagnesemia; 5. Known hypothyroidism; 6. Lactating, pregnant women; 7. Patients expected to die in the short term; 8. Researchers do not consider it appropriate to participate in this research.
