Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 190 cases of parturient women undergoing cesarean section under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia; 2. Subjects aged 18-40 and weighing 45-90kg; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction before operation; 2. Subjects with platelet < 50 x 10^9 / L before operation; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with intestinal function problems before operation; 5. Patients with history of severe bradycardia and heart block; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Patients with mental disorders; 8. Patients with severe hypertension; 9. Patients who are allergic to dexmedetomidine and related ingredients; 10. Subjects with other contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; 11. Other researchers think it is not suitable for this study.
