Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease; b. Having a Beijing residence or long-term residence in Beijing; c. Aged >= 18 years; d. Voluntary participation in research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Those with a history of mental illness and unable to communicate effectively; b. People who are illiterate or literate; c. People with severe hearing or visual impairment; d. Patients with end-stage disease.
