Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients were diagnosed as stroke and confirmed by head MRI or head CT; 2.Swallowing disorder is caused by the first stroke; 3.Patients with stable vital signs is conscious; 4.Score 7 or above in AMT; 5.Each item score 3 or above in EAT-10; 6.Aged >= 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Critically ill; 2.Previous history of heart disease or chronic lung disease; 3.There was pulmonary infection during hospitalization; 4.Patients with oral ulcers or other oral and pharyngeal diseases; 5.Patients with esophageal dysphagia; 6.With capsaicin Allergy; 7.Family member or patient refused to attend.
