Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cyanotic congenital heart disease, less than 14 years old, was treated by thoracotomy. The guardian agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There were infectious diseases and active autoimmune diseases before operation and died within 24 hours after operation.
