Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients initially diagnosed as glioma; 2. Patients who obtained pathological gene test results by operation or biopsy; 3. Patients willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications of MRI.
