Type A aortic dissection

Interventions

Early RRT group:CRRT was initiated within 6 hours of diagnosis of stage 2 AKI using the KDIGO classification
Delayed RRT group:CRRT was initiated within 12 hours of stage 3 AKI using the KDIGO classification

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients with acute renal injury of kdigo2 grade after operation of acute type A aortic dissection; 3. NGAL>150 ng/mL; 4. Patients who were treated in the intensive care unit for more than 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous chronic renal insufficiency ([EGFR] < 30 ml/min); 2. Long term renal replacement therapy; 3. Patients expected to die within 24 hours; 4. Patients after kidney transplantation; 5. Pregnant object; 6. Patients with hepatorenal syndrome; 7. Patients with acute renal injury due to obstructive causes.
