Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 90 years old; 3) Never take any type of CCB antihypertensive drugs; 4) Patients with acute myocardial infarction and emergency PCI; 5) The last chest pain does not exceed 18h; 6) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hemodynamically unstable; 2) Merging other life-threatening diseases; 3) Those with infectious diseases; 4) Calcium channel blockers in any dosage form are currently being used; 5) History of past mental and psychological diseases; 6) Pregnancy or lactation, or planned pregnancy (if female); 7) After organ transplantation; 8) Other serious diseases, such as malignant tumors, which the researchers think are not suitable for participating in this research; 9) Currently participating in other studies as subjects.
