Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA), Kellgren & Lawrence grade 0-III; 2. male and female aged 40-75 years middle-aged and elderly patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with BMI of 35 kg / m2; 2. Patients who have received intra-articular injection of the lower extremity in the past year, or who have a history of knee surgery / replacement or cruciate ligament injury; 3. Patients who have undergone lower or upper limb surgery or fracture in the last three months; 4. Acute attack stage of chronic disease (acute coronary syndrome occurred in the past half a year, heart function grade was higher than grade 1; blood pressure level was higher than 180 / 110mmhg, etc.); 5. Patients who are allergic to the ingredients in the study or control samples; 6. Patients who are using drugs (such as hormones, anti-tumor drugs, etc.) that may have adverse effects on bone and joint; 7. Patients who had taken ammonia sugar, non sterol anti-inflammatory drugs or dietary supplements such as VD and calcium within one month after taking the first test article; 8. The patients who took the study sample for the first time for over exercise (>=3000 mets*min / W) within one month; 9. Patients who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within three months after taking the study subject for the first time; 10. Pregnant or lactating women; 11. Patients with serious organic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and blood system; 12. Patients with known history of HIV or active HCV / HBV infection or uncontrolled active systemic infection; 13. Patients who are unable to perform physical function test and answer the questionnaire correctly; 14. Patients who are unable to follow the trial procedure; 15. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
