Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with flame and arc burns who were treated with antishock therapy within 8 hours and hospitalized within 24 hours after injury; 2. Patients aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Patients with total burn area (TBSA) >=30%; 4. Patients without serious primary heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and other diseases in the past.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage heart, lung, liver, kidney or other organ failure; 2. Patients without fluid resuscitation more than 8 hours after burn; 3. Patients admitted more than 24 hours after burn; 4. Patients with multiple fractures, severe craniocerebral injury or severe thoracoabdominal organ injury.
