Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From May 2020 to may 2021, cesarean section due to obstetric indications and prophylactic use of antibiotics (the most commonly used cefixin, cefoxitin and azithromycin) during perioperative period will be performed in our hospital; 2. At the same time, the pregnant women and the newborn without obstetric complications and complications in the same period of normal vaginal delivery will be included as the control.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parturient women who change antibiotics for various reasons; 2. Patients with other pregnancy complications; 3. Infants who are medicated or unable to breastfeed normally for various reasons.
