Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged < 60 years; 2) Low back pain, radiculopathy or neurogenic claudication; 3) MRI or CT manifestations of single level disc disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of lumbar surgery; 2) Presence of spondylolisthesis, infection, tumor, deformity or other lumbar diseases.
