Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. All patients were diagnosed as colorectal cancer by pathology and /or cytology; 3. ECoG score <=2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The hemopoietic function of heart, lung, liver kidney or the reserve and bone marrow were abnormal; Intolerant to surgical treatment, chemotherapy and radiotherapy; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment or inability to adhere to long-term follow-up.
