Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) unilateral hip fracture (femoral neck or intertrochanteric fracture); 2) 65 years old <= age <= 85 years old; 3) elective surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) multiple fractures; 2) iliac fascia puncture site infection; 3) peripheral neuropathy; 4) cognitive impairment, dementia, or mental illness; 5) local anesthetic allergy; 6) coagulation dysfunction (INR > 2.5, PLT III; 9) patient does not cooperate.
