Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 40-85 years; 2. Patients who can be followed up after being hospitalized for intravenous infusion in all departments of our hospital after May 1, 2020; 3. Patients with a hospital stay of more than 3 days and less than 30 days; 4. Patients who agree to receive follow-up visit and shoulder joint pain can accept the doctor's recommendation to come to the hospital for further examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with shoulder pain and dysfunction caused by trauma, such as sprain of shoulder joint, fracture, dislocation, rupture of tendon on post, etc; 2. Patients who had frozen shoulder at the time of admission or frozen shoulder caused by shoulder trauma after discharge; 3. Inpatients suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, nerve injury caused by brain operation or adhesion of soft tissue around shoulder joint caused by operation on shoulder, neck, chest and other parts, causing pain and movement disorder of shoulder joint; 4. Inpatients with mental disorders or other reasons unable to clearly state their own conditions; 5. The patient who refuses to come to the hospital for further examination in case of loss of follow-up or in case of no follow-up or shoulder pain.
