Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The attending physician confirmed age-related macular degeneration;Age =45 years;Primary school education or above;Clear consciousness and barrier-free language communication;To understand the purpose of the study, patients and their families were informed and agreed to participate in the investigation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a history of other eye diseases or operations that affect vision;Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness;Other serious systemic diseases such as malignant tumors;Ineffective communication.
