18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 30 years; (2) Healthy non-smoking students without history of pulmonary or cardiovascular disease such as infections, fever and cold; (3) Without medication use for 3 weeks before enrollment; (4) Voluntarily cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from any chronic illness, such as high blood pressure, asthma or cardiovascular diseases; (2) unable to participate in moderate to vigorous PA; (3) nose or throat allergic; (4) female participants at the menstrual period.
