Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 45 menopausal women; 2. Objects without clear history of coronary heart disease; 3. Those who are willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic heart disease (including congenital heart disease, myocardial infarction, severe valve disease and atrioventricular block, etc.); 2. Patients combined with malignant tumor and serious systemic disease; 3. Inability to provide informed consent or unwillingness to comply with research protocol.
