Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. adults over or equal to 18 years of age;B. definite diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (according to the Chinese diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease (2016 edition));

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Secondary Parkinson's disease caused by various accidents or diseases (including head trauma, infection, cerebrovascular accident, poison, long-term use of dopamine receptor blockers, flunarizine, blood reagents);B. Parkinson's syndrome (such as multisystem atrophy, progressive supranuclear paralysis, cortical basal ganglia degeneration, frontotemporal lobe dementia, etc.);C. Hereditary degenerative Parkinson's disease (autosomal dominant lewy body disease, huntington's disease, hepatoluminal degeneration, spinal-cerebellar ataxia, etc.);D. Patients with functional insufficiency of vital organs in internal medicine systems such as heart, liver, lung and kidney;E. Patients who had previously undergone DBS surgery.F. Patients with cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, hearing aid, insulin pump and other metal implants;G. Patients who cannot tolerate PET /CT examination.H. Patients who refuse PET examination
